Cincy CARE Fundraising Calendar 2026

The 2026 Cincinnati Animal CARE Fundraising Calendar was developed as both a fundraising initiative and a storytelling piece that celebrated the animals, people, and lifesaving work that defined the year. The calendar highlighted some of the shelter's most memorable adoption and recovery stories, showcasing a diverse range of animals and experiences, including medical recoveries, behavioral transformations, foster success stories, and adoptions.

As the project lead, I managed the campaign from concept to final production. I identified and curated the featured stories, ensuring a balanced representation of species, case types, and outcomes. To increase community engagement and investment in the project, I organized a voting process that invited supporters, staff, and volunteers to help select the animals featured in the final calendar.

I oversaw all pre-production planning, sourced and organized photography assets, coordinated content collection, developed the calendar layout and storytelling structure, and managed production through final print delivery. The finished product served as both a fundraising tool and a year-in-review publication that reinforced Cincinnati Animal CARE's mission and impact.

The campaign raised $1,265 through pre-orders and supporter purchases, while creating a tangible keepsake that strengthened donor connection and showcased the organization's lifesaving work.
